You can also register in person at your county’s early voting center before Election Day or at your Election Day Voting Center on November 3rd.

Request A Mail-In Ballot

USPS recommends that you request your ballot by October 20.

If you have not requested it by October 20, you may not receive it in time to cast your vote.

Active, registered Maryland voters should have received a ballot application in the mail.

If you hand deliver your request to your local board of elections, you may be able to pick up your mail-in ballot, vote it, and submit it to an election official. See your local board of elections for hours of operation before you go.

RETURN YOUR BALLOT

Follow directions carefully and sign where indicated.

Hand deliver your ballot as soon as possible to your local board of elections by 8pm on election day, or to an early voting center, election day vote center,or a drop-off location before polls close on November 3.

If you mail your ballot, USPS recommends doing so no later than October 27.

If you are a first time voter who registered by mail or online, follow all directions carefully. You may need to include a copy of an ID with your ballot.

October 26 – November 2

(including Saturday and Sunday)

You may be able to request, vote, and submit your mail-in ballot IN PERSON at your local board of elections. Check for hours of operation before you go.

Election Day is November 3
