Voting has ended for the 2020 General Election

Request An Absentee Ballot
USPS recommends that you request your ballot by October 20.
If you have not requested it by October 20, you may not receive it in time to cast your vote.

Requests must be received by October 24.

Fill Out Your Ballot
Follow directions carefully and sign where indicated.
Alaska also requires one witness signature or your ballot must be notarized.
You may need to include a copy of a valid form of ID such as a drivers license or passport.
If you are a first time voter who registered by mail or online, follow all directions carefully. You may need to include a copy of an ID with your ballot.
Return Your Ballot
Return your completed ballot to a Mail Ballot Drop Box or any Division of Elections Office as soon as possible.
If you mail your ballot, USPS recommends doing so no later than October 27.
You must provide your own postage.

Election Day is November 3
