DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE BY MAIL: OCTOBER 28

Absentee registration by mail requires a witness and a copy of your ID. Contact your town or city clerk’s office for more information.

You can also register in-person at your polling place on Election Day.

Request An Absentee Ballot

USPS recommends that you request your ballot by October 20.

If you have not requested it by October 20, you may not receive it in time to cast your vote.

You can also apply to vote absentee-in-person until 5pm on November 2nd. Contact your city or town clerk office for more information before going.

RETURN YOUR BALLOT

Hand deliver your ballot to your city or town clerk office by 5:00PM on Election Day.

NEW HAMPSHIRE RECOMMENDS SENDING YOUR BALLOT BY OCTOBER 20.

If you are a first time voter who registered by mail or online, follow all directions carefully. You may need to include a copy of an ID with your ballot.

Vote in Person

You may be able to request, receive, and submit your absentee ballot IN PERSON all in one trip to your city or town’s clerk office. Contact them to schedule an appointment before you go.
