New Jersey plans to automatically mail ballots to each registered New Jersey voter.

Vote By Mail

If your current address is different than the one you are registered to vote with, you will need to apply for a mail ballot.

Follow all directions and return your ballot to your county ballot drop box, as soon as possible. You can also hand deliver it to your polling place on Election Day.

If you mail your ballot, USPS recommends doing so no later than October 27.

Track your ballot status here.

If you are a first time voter who registered by mail or online, follow all directions carefully. You may need to include a copy of an ID with your ballot.

Vote in Person

Election Day is November 3
