Request An Absentee Ballot

USPS recommends that you request your ballot by October 20.

If you have not requested it by October 20, you may not receive it in time to cast your vote.

TEXAS REJECTED COVID-19 EXPANSION OF ABSENTEE VOTING.

You must meet these criteria to vote absentee.

RETURN YOUR BALLOT

As of now, you may have only one ballot dropbox in your county. Contact your County Clerk directly, or check your County website to find location and information for yours.

Hand deliver your ballot to your voting location as soon as possible.

If you must mail your ballot, USPS recommends doing so no later than October 27.

If you are a first time voter who registered by mail or online, follow all directions carefully. You may need to include a copy of an ID with your ballot.
